Exhibit Information

The SSD21 organizing committee wants to inform you about the opportunity to present and trade your products and/or services related to the topics of the Conference. For the exhibitions, we have 10 stands at the exhibit area of several dimensions (4 of 3x3 m2, 4 of 3x1.5 m2 and 2 of 1x1.5 m2) available for the following prices:

  • Stand with 9 m2: US$ 8,500 (included: 2 tables; 4 chairs; 1 registration)
  • Stand with 4.5 m2: US$ 4,000 (included: 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 registration)
  • Stand with 1.5 m2: US$ 2,000 (included: 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 registration)

A stand includes free access to the scientific activities (lectures) for one of the exhibitors per stand. All exhibitors should be registered.

Exhibit Rules

  • The exhibits will open on June 9 2025 at 8:00 am at the Amoxcalli building of the School of Sciences, UNAM and expect to complete the booth installation by noon.
  • The removal of all empty booths must be completed by Friday june 13 2025 at 12:00 pm. Any material remains in the floor before or after the time mentioned will be considered as a violation of the University rules. Consequently, any extra fees and cost related with booth installation or removal will be invoiced and charged to the Exhibitor.
  • All exhibitor personals should be registered to the Conference no later than May 15 2025.
  • Before booth installation, the exhibitor personnels should recollect his/her badge at the Radisson Hotel on june 8 2025 or at the Amoxcalli building on june 9 2025.
